The one word that expresses the agonizing pain of rejection from one's own father.

"I'm looking forward to meeting my father some day and would like to know what he looks like."

Many children feel forsaken by their natural fathers. Jesus experienced the pain of being forsaken as He hung on the cross. But now there is hope. Abba's is a ministry of Apostolic Life Church in Urbana, Illinois committed to helping 6-15 year old fatherless children discover the love and affirmation they need from God, a Father to the the fatherless. We encourage children through biblical teaching, and the testimonies of fathers who have overcome their own hurts, and the disappointments of fatherlessness in their lives. Bring your children or grandchildren to Abba's on Thursday evenings from 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Call 217-898-7892, or click here with questions or for additional information.
